Tuition Policy

All students are set up on an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) system. Fees will be debited from a designated savings, checking or credit card account on the 5th of every month for the amount agreed and signed upon. No Exceptions. Monthly cash payments are not accepted. There is a 3% convenience fee on all credit or debit transactions. If your payment does not go through for ANY reason you will be charged a $25 NSF fee and must pay the balance within 7 days from notification. A late fee of $10 will be charged if delinquent past the 15th of the month. The student will be dropped from the class if the account is delinquent for 30 or more days and arrangements are not made or agreed upon. Account will then be turned over to a collection agency. It is the parent or responsible party to pay for any and all collections costs. Any and all EFT changes must be made on or before the 30th of the month with a written notification via email or in person.
*Note: One month’s tuition constitutes four classes with the exception of Christmas Break and the last week of dance in June. On the occasion there is a “5th” class during a month, no classes will be held on that “extra day” unless a makeup of a cancelled class is needed. Please reference the yearly calendar. You must fill out an EFT drop form and have the signed form turned into the studio on or before the 30th of the month in order to cancel EFT’s from going through the following month.

Cancellation Policy

You are committing to the FULL 10 month dance season, September-June, when enrolling into Power Plus Productions dance program. Summer is July and August only. Should you drop out of a class in the middle of the season you will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee (per student) due to the inconvenience to the studio, class, instructor and our inability to replace you once the season starts.

*Exception: If you decide to end classes after our Winter Recital, in January, you will not pay the $35.00 cancellation fee. You must notify us by January 30th, in order to have the drop fee waived.
Proper notification is required by the 30th of any month you are dropping in. Email and signed EFT drop form. Parent agrees to pay all collection fees if the account becomes delinquent.
