Ages: 3-4 (Tots) 5-6 (Minis) 7-9 (Juniors), Tumble 1 (Teen Beg), Tumble 2 (Teen Intermediate), Tumble 3 (Teen Advanced)

Our tumbling program focuses on developing strength, balance, and flexibility through a variety of exercises and drills. Our program begins with basic skills, such as forward rolls and cartwheels, before progressing to more advanced techniques like handsprings and aerials. We also offer Acro training classes with an emphasis on partner work and lifts to build trust and teamwork. Additionally, conditioning exercises are included to improve endurance and prevent injury. Overall, our program is well-rounded and challenging, while also providing a fun and supportive environment for all students. We pride ourselves on the athletes mastering the skills correctly before moving on to the next level.

In addition to the skills, we focus on strength and conditioning. This includes exercises that target the specific muscles used in tumbling, such as the core, legs, and arms. Stretching is also be incorporated into the program to improve flexibility.

Our great tumbling program should prioritize safety. We ensure that the athletes are using proper technique and that they are performing skills in a safe environment.

Finally, our tumbling program is fun and engaging. We work hard to create an atmosphere that motivates the athletes to work hard and enjoy themselves. Our classes include games and challenges that keep the athletes motivated while still focusing on skill development.
