Monthly cash payments are not accepted. If your payment does not go through for ANY reason you will be charged a $25 NSF fee and must pay the balance within 48 hours of notification. A late fee of $10 will be charged per week until balance is paid. The student will be dropped from the class if the account is delinquent for 30 or more days and the account will be turned over to a collection agency. Parents are responsible for any and all collections costs. Any and all EFT changes must be made on or before the 30th of the month prior with a written notification via email.

***Note: By using a credit card or debit card for your monthly EFT payments there will be an additional $5.00 monthly processing fee.

*One month’s tuition constitutes as four classes with the exception of Holiday/Winter Break and the last week of dance in June. On the occasion there is a “5th” class during a month, no classes will be held on that “extra day” unless a makeup of a cancelled class is needed. Please reference our yearly calendar.

*You must fill out an EFT drop form and have the signed form turned into the studio on or before the 30th of the month in order to cancel EFT’s from going through the following month.
