Our Staff:

Power Plus Preschool was created by our instructors who absolutely adore children, and the fun, vibrant energy they bring to a classroom. Our goal in organizing our preschool program is to inspire students to reach their full potential by providing attention to each child individually and a safe, fun, learning environment.

Our Parents:

We know the key to a child’s success is parental involvement. It’s proven that parental involvement enhances academic performance and a positive influence on student’s attitude and behavior. We encourage parents to observe at any time they feel necessary.

Field trips are optional to parents, but highly encouraged, and widely appreciated by the students.

Our Curriculum:

We focus on core learning principles while promoting self-esteem and confidence. We keep our class numbers small to ensure we can focus on each child individually. We pride ourselves on having every student achieve the goals set specifically for them as an individual.

We offer 3-5 field trips each year to ensure students get hands-on learning experiences in real life scenarios. Field trips in the past have included all of the different facilities at Thanksgiving Point, the Hogle Zoo and the Living Planet Aquarium.

We have our same great morning program and now an amazing afternoon program too!

Morning

Our engaging morning preschool program designed to spark creativity and curiosity in young minds! Running for two and a half hours from 9:00am to 11:30am, our program offers a dynamic and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Throughout the morning, children will participate in a variety of activities carefully crafted to nurture their cognitive, social, and emotional development. From interactive storytelling and arts and crafts to music and movement exercises, our schedule is thoughtfully designed to keep little ones actively engaged and excited about learning.

Afternoon

Introducing our exciting new afternoon preschool program, designed to cater to the needs of busy families! Running from 12pm-4pm, this innovative program offers a perfect solution for parents seeking high-quality childcare during the afternoon hours. With a focus on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment, children will have the opportunity to engage in a range of educational and fun activities, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development

Tuition:

Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:15 am. You can choose to enroll for everyday or just a few days a week.

Our daughter has spent 3 years with Miss. Cheyenne. She has been amazing and we love her!! She is so good with her students. We have had our daughter in Power PlusPreschool for 2 years now! Miss Cheyenne is such a great teacher and adores her students! Our daughter has learned so much academically, but she has also done so many fun and memorable projects that she has brought home and is so proud to show her family! She is also always singing a song that she has recently learned, usually about the upcoming holiday. Power Plus Preschool has been the perfect setting for our daughter and I look forward to sending our son here as well!

Miss Cheyenne’s preschool program has been exceptional. She works fantastically well with the kids and my 3-year-old loves her and looks toward going to school every day. I truly appreciate how great she has been with all the safety precautions during the pandemic.

Our four year old attends preschool at power plus. She has had so much fun this year and is learning so much! Miss Cheyenne has taught them to recognize and write letters and numbers, sign language, about the 5 senses, nocturnal animals and so much more! Miss Cheyenne has made it a safe place throughout the pandemic and has listened to and addressed any concerns that have come up. We absolutely love Power Plus Preschool and would recommend it to any parent of a preschool age child!

I love this program! My son loves going to his classes every time and loves to share the new things he learned that day. All in all a wonderful program I'd love to see expanded!
